Easter Holidays and high school friends

Wednesday Andy and I (and the boys) went down to Bicester Village to meet up with a friend of mine from high school who was in the country for a few days! Tracy and I haven’t seen each other in over 12 years possibly closer to 15! She lives in Hong Kong with her husband and 2 kids!!
We started off in Starbucks with a hot drink for us all! We had left Birmingham that morning around 9:30 and it was snowing! Thankfully Bicester was sunny! The boys and Andy found a play area and Tracy and I started our shopping! Bicester is a posh village with big name shops. Prada, Jimmy Choo, Gucci, Yves Saint Lauren, Mulberry, Burberry and many others that I hadn’t ever been to or ever heard of!!

Thursday after only 2ish hours of sleep for me, we journeyed up to Scotland to catch the ferry from Cairnryan to Belfast.  It was a great day, no problems, not too much complaining and mostly a happy journey!  It was a sunny day as well!

On our way to Belfast, lunch at Castle Douglas, Scotland

We arrived in Belfast, had tea, put the boys to bed around 10 since they had slept off and on since the morning.  All slept well, I went to bed with them and pretty much slept straight through!  It was great =)  Today we have taken it easy, met up at the park with Esther and Karen and their kiddos and all was well!
